The Anavlochos Project Blog is devoted to the archaeological  program carried out by the French School at Athens (EFA) at Anavlochos (Vrachasi, Lasithi, Crete). It highlights the results and publications of the Project, accounts for the daily life of the team during fieldwork and study seasons and brings news on the activities connected to the Project throughout the year. 

Anavlochos is a mountainous range located in Eastern Crete where the team brought to light in 2017-2022 the Early Iron Age remains of a settlement, a necropolis, a sanctuary and two deposits of votive terracottas.
